1 – MOBIL HOME and CHALET RENTALS: Arrival\/Departure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In summer, arrivals take place on Saturdays and Sundays between 3pm and 8pm.For stays outside July and August, arrivals take place from 2pm.In the event of late arrival, please inform reception.Departures must be before 10am.Requests for changes to arrival and departure dates must be made in writing.Deposit: a deposit is required to cover any damage,shortcomings or unpaid bills at the end of the stay;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– damage to the accommodation (broken furniture, damaged walls, etc.);– cleaning not done or accommodation left dirty;– loss of earnings in the event of early departure or failure to comply with the contract;– any unpaid bills for ancillary services (cleaning, linen, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It amounts to 300\u20ac and is paid by the customer on the day of arrival by cheque, cash or credit card.The deposit will be returned on departure or after your departure and afterhas been checked by our cleaning staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 – CAMPING LOCATION: Arrival\/Departure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrivals take place from 2pm on the day specified in the contract.In the event of late arrival, please inform reception.Departures take place before 12 noon on the day specified in the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 – Payment of the stay<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental: <\/strong>a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to validate thebooking. For rentals taking place in July and August, the balance of the stay must be paid 30days before the scheduled arrival date.For rentals outside July and August, the balance of the stay must be paid no later than the day of arrival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Campsite pitches:<\/strong> for all pitch bookings, a deposit of 50\u20ac is required.The balance is due, at the latest, on arrival at the campsite.In the event of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment methods accepted: <\/strong>cash, credit card, bank cheques, vacation vouchersclassic and e-connect, bank transfers.All bookings are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 – CANCELLATION INSURANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance is optional, but we encourage you to take it out.It must be paid with the deposit.It amounts to 3% of the total cost of the stay.In particular, it covers holiday cancellations due to medical reasons, serious accident or death,incidents causing major damage to your home, redundancy or changes to yourvacation entitlement by your employer, due to a summons to attend an examination or court.The full terms of the cancellation insurance contract are available on request.In the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay for a reason covered by thecontract, you must report your claim by post to: Gritchen Affinity – Service Sinistre –BP66048 – 18024 BOURGES Cedex or by internet: www.campez-couvert.com\/sinistres or by e-mail: sinistres@campez-couvert.com.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 – CANCELLATION CONDITIONS of Camping Le Monl\u00f4o<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • For cancellations of which the campsite is notified in writing up to 31 days before the start of the stay:The 25% deposit will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For cancellations of which the campsite is notified in writing 30 days or more before your arrival:All sums paid will be retained by the campsite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      6 – INTERNAL REGULATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Anyone staying at Le Monl\u00f4o must respect the rules and obligations of the campsite (rules and regulations posted at reception and on the price board).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Double-axle caravans are prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Pets must be kept on a leash, up to date with vaccinations and under the constant supervisionof their owners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • All visitors must register at reception and pay an entrance fee fora visit of more than 2 hours; their vehicle must be parked in the outside parking lot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The management reserves the right to expel, without notice or reimbursement, any personwho fails to comply with the internal regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Silence is requested after 11pm. In the event of complaints, violence or damage,will be evicted immediately. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • No refund or compensation will be given in the event oftemporary or seasonal closure of one or more services due to technical,climatic, administrative or other problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        7- DISPUTES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In the event of a dispute, and after contacting the campsite’s customer service department, any campsite customer mayrefer the matter to a consumer ombudsman within a maximum period of one year from thedate of the written complaint, by registered letter, to the operator.
